I have purchased a wellness offer or product through the Spa Traveller Wellness website, what happens next?
  • As soon as you have purchased your wellness offer or product, you will be sent an email with redemption instructions and your printable voucher which will include a unique 15-digit reference number.
  • Once you have received your e-voucher, you should contact the wellness or product partner to confirm a reservation time and date to redeem your purchase.
  • The partner will confirm the booking for you.
  • You MUST take a printed copy of the voucher with the voucher number to the wellness centre (or have a digital copy of the purchase receipt or voucher pdf on your mobile), so the wellness centre can verify the validity of your voucher prior to your stay.
  • We advise arriving at least one hour prior to any wellness treatments to enable you time to relax and enjoy the wellness facilities prior to your treatment.
  • It is also advisable to relax and spend some time in the wellness relaxation area and use the facilities to ensure you derive maximum benefit from your spa and wellness experience.

 

Do I need to take a copy of my voucher to the wellness centre prior to my wellness treatment or wellness break?

You MUST take a printed copy of the voucher with the voucher number to the wellness centre (or have a digital copy of the purchase receipt or voucher pdf on your mobile), so the partner can verify the validity of your voucher prior to your wellness treatment or  break.

I have not received my offer voucher?

Your offer voucher will be sent via email, to the email address registered on your Spa Traveller Wellness account. As the voucher is a PDF attachment it may be sent to your spam folder so please make sure you check this.

You can always access your offer voucher by logging into your Spa Traveller Wellness account by clicking here 

​If you are already logged in to your user account on Spa Traveller Wellness website, please click on ‘Purchases’ where you will see details of all your purchases, which will include your date of purchase, details of the offer and the ‘Offer code’.

I can’t log in to my Spa Traveller Wellness account

Please make sure you are using the correct email address for your registered Spa Traveller Wellness account. If you have forgotten your password, please reset your password HERE.

If you do that and the site tells that you don’t have an account it may be that there was an error in the email address when you first registered on The Spa Traveller website. Please make sure you have tried all possible email accounts. If you need more help on this subject, please contact us

My voucher has expired. Can I get a refund?

Unfortunately not. Expiry dates are made very clear on the voucher itself, and they must be used before the expiry date passes. Any extensions are at the discretion of the wellness centre or partner selling the offer.

I am not happy with the spa offer voucher I purchased

All spa offers that appear on Spa Traveller Wellness are subject to our general Terms and Conditions. Please refer to SECTION 7 – THIRD PARTY SERVICES AND PRODUCTS in regards to offers:

We may provide you with access to third-party services and products – which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input. Namely Spa offers listed by third parties – spa and wellness centre operators.

You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such services and products ”as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your purchase and use of third-party services and products.

Any use by you of third-party services and products offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which services and products are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s)

Your complaint should be addressed to the spa or wellness centre directly who should be able to answer any concerns that you may have. If you are unable to reach a satisfactory conclusion with the spa please contact us and we will look into any concerns you may have.

How does the spa or wellness centre establishment know if an e-voucher is valid?

When an offer sale is confirmed, an e-voucher reference number is given. This number must be retained for access to the e-voucher details if cancellation or amendment is necessary.

There is a ‘quick check’ facility for the spa or wellness centre establishment to verify the authenticity and validity of the e-voucher.

Do quoted prices include VAT?

All published rates include VAT where applicable (and local taxes) at the current rate.

What happens if I want to upgrade my offer / purchase?

All our partners will gladly discuss upgrade options and any add-ons with you. This is negotiated directly between yourself and the spa.

 

Who is the contract between when I purchase an offer presented by a spa partner through the Spa Traveller Wellness platform?

Spa Traveller Wellness provides the platform for partners to engage and sell their offers and promotions to customers.

Offer and promotional bookings are made and a contract between the spa / hotel / resort / wellness centre establishment and the purchaser (guest/s) comes into effect when Spa Traveller Wellness accepts and processes an online offer or promotion from a purchaser (guest). Spa Traveller Wellness will accept an offer sale on behalf of a partner when we have confirmed the sale and received full payment from the purchaser (spa-guest) of the total price quoted from the spa / hotel / resort / wellness centre establishment.

The Spa Traveller is not a party to the contract between a spa-goers and the spa / hotel / resort / wellness centre establishment selected by the customer (guest); Spa Traveller Wellness does not endorse the service; is not responsible for the quality or safety of the service; and, is not responsible for the performance of the contract, including acts or omissions.
In no event will Spa Traveller Wellness be liable to either the spa / hotel / resort / wellness centre establishment or the guest/s for any lost profits or any indirect, consequential, special, incidental or punitive damages arising out of, based on or resulting from your booking even if Spa Traveller Wellness had been advised of the possibility of such damages
