The cottages, suites and villas evoke the ambience of summers past, with a palette of washed back blues, bleached linens, driftwood walls and wide striped awnings. Attention to detail is superb, right down to the wicker hampers, seagrass matting and rattan lounges.
Our cottages, suites and villas each boast designer Ralph Lauren furnishings, luxury bathrooms and state of the art technology.
Take your Espresso di Manfredi on the veranda with the local kookaburras, whilst reading the newspaper. All of our verandas have been furnished to be enjoyed as another delightful room, overlooking the lush native landscape.
All cottages are set amongst the lush Bells manicured gardens and are designed for two adults only. Bells at Killcare Boutique Hotel does not have facilities for children, and is designed as a romantic couples retreat.
Stefano Manfredi is recognised as one of Australia’s leading chefs and internationally as a master of modern Italian cuisine. He has influenced the way we eat since first opening The Restaurant Manfredi in 1983, which was awarded a coveted Three Chefs Hats by the Sydney Morning Herald Good Food Guide 1995.
Today Stefano runs Manfredi at Bells, the restaurant at the heart of Bells at Killcare Boutique Hotel, Restaurant & Spa. The menu is s grounded with the core Manfredi values of authenticity, simplicity and freshness, featuring seasonal dishes inspired by the produce grown and harvested in the estate’s 3 famous vegetable gardens. It was these kitchen gardens, that saw Manfredi at Bells honoured with the Good Living Sustainability Award at the 2012 Sydney Morning Herald Good Food Guide Awards.
These gardens, and a small orchard, supply the restaurant with more than 20 per cent of the produce on its menu. Free range hens also supply fresh eggs and bee hives supply an abundance of honey to the kitchen.
Killcare is located on the scenic Central Coast of NSW, an hour and a half’s drive from the Sydney CBD. However, it is just across the water – and less than 20 minutes by ferry – away from Sydney’s Palm Beach.
The local area is typical of coastal peninsulas. It has scenic character, is appreciated for its extensive waterways & natural vegetation and it remains well preserved by a caring community. In essence – a step back in time to how coastal communities used to be.
Killcare is on the tip of the Bouddi Peninsula National Park with seven pristine beaches and many well-documented walking trails around

Our street address is 107 The Scenic Road, Killcare Heights.
When you arrive at Bells, you’ll find it hard to believe that you’re just 100kms from Australia’s largest and most cosmopolitan city (on a clear day you can see the Sydney skyline).
Bells is set on a ridge of native bushland, adjacent to wild escapements of apricot sandstone cliffs and coastal heathlands. Step down to sand dunes, gilded beaches and rocky headlands sprayed with mist.
Within five minutes drive are the quaint, estuarine villages of Hardys Bay, Pretty Beach and Wagstaffe. Here you’ll find timber fishing boats, mangrove fringed shorelines, oyster farms and little fibro cottages.
There’s also a smattering of urbane coffee shops and cafes…it may be quiet in these parts, but even the fishermen appreciate a good macchiato
